Complete In The Following Order
A) Split Jerk: work up to 80% then complete 5 sets of 3 reps continuous (touch and go off your shoulders)
B) Clean Pull + Clean + Jerk: 2+1+1: Work to max then complete 3 sets @ 10kg less
C) Clean Pull: 100/3*3 sets, 105/1, 110/1, 115/1 (singles, no straps allowed)
D) Pullups: 3×10
E) Weighted Planks: 3×45 sec
