In case you missed the announcement, here is an overview of the changes happening to the online Power & Grace Weightlifting Programs:
Our basic program will be 3 days per week and is geared towards those just beginning weightlifting or those supplementing their existing exercise program. With basic programming, you will have daily workouts and links to our specific movement standards.
Our new premium program is an upgrade from the basic and will be 5 days per week, is for beginner to intermediate, and gives you access to a private Facebook group with weekly technique videos. You will also receive a free technique consultation in your first month!
Our personalized programs are 100% customized to fit your training needs and competition goals. With a personalized program, you will have access to your own private coach plus regular technique video analysis.
Our video coaching option is for athletes who want extra one-on-one technique coaching. With video coaching you will receive one 2-5 minute coach’s eye analysis per exercise you do (between 3-5) up to 6 times per week.
With these new changes, our free program will be discontinued. If you have been following and would like to finish the training cycle email email@example.com in the next 5 days to receive the remainder of the program at no cost.
