As for some movement prep, as I mentioned on Monday, make sure you are using your arch position to your advantage. If you watched the live announcement you saw some very strong men with some very strong midlines powering through those TTB.
Each of us will have a slightly different finish for the TTB dependent on arm/torso/leg length and skill with the movement but I implore you all to focus on returning to the arch position after each rep to use to use as much of a kip instead of all hip flexors and core.
We know the workout will tax your grip, but lets make sure you are being as efficient as possible in the TTB. I believe this is where the workout will be won…
