12-Week Program designed to peak an athlete for a big national level meet. Weeks 1-7 allow the athlete to work up to various maxes with ample drop sets for added volume, along with accessory work and conditioning workouts. Weeks 8-12 switch to set percentages in order to peak optimally for the event.
This program is largely based on allowing the athlete to determine the intensity of each day by working to rep maxes or heavier loads based on their body’s ability that day. Further, early in the program there is a large amount of accessory work to enforce proper positioning and stability in the lifts later in the program.
