This 3 part- 1 hour per session webinar walks you through how Power and Grace Performance uses accessory movements for the purpose of Elite Olympic Weightlifting. With each purchase, you will receive a file with a list of our accessory movements and links to video demos alongside the 3 hours of teaching. We look specifically at how to program accessory work as to build bulletproof athletes and not take away from the primary lifts.
Part 1 we look specifically at the posterior chain and ways to analyze a lifters lower body deficiencies. Part 2 is all about the core and how to assign and program core work that has actual carryover to improving the Olympic lifts. Part 3 in its finality we partner with Sean Waxman from Waxman’s Gym, to look at the upper body and give special attention to the shoulder and thoracic spine.
