USAW Senior International Coach Spencer Arnold has been a strength and conditioning coach for the last 14 years. He is the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Hebron Christian Academy directing 195 athlete’s training in 13 different sports. He is also the founder and head coach of Power and Grace Performance. Under Power and Grace, he coaches the internationally competitive weightlifting team including multiple Team USA athletes.
The Technical Analysis Education Membership grants access to its members to a number of varying educational resources.
Firstly, you will be invited to participate in bi-weekly technical analysis calls in which you, other members and Spencer break down a common technical errror in a lift. The call will include interaction from the members with Spencer as we look at the error and decide on the most appropriate ways to plan training to fix and prevent it in future lifts.
Secondly, the members will have access to all the saved videos from the calls as well as a myriad of other lift analysis for their own reference. These videos will be logged, categorized and accessible in the Power and Grace Technical Analysis Library.
Finally, the monthly members will get VIP access and information about upcoming apparel, discount codes and team events.
