Monday marks the beginning of a 3-week competition prep, designed to peak you for the competition on the final weekend of the American Open Qualifying period (Oct 15-16). If you are not competingย that weekend we recommendย you and your training partners do a mock meet that weekend. Following this taper we will go right into prep for USAW National Championships Qualifying.ย For anyone qualifying for the American Open we highly recommend you contact us about writing a personalized AO prep program for you.
