As we start to include some additional movements never forget the basics. Elements of the hollow position are our default position for handstand walks, dips, pull-ups etc. Always, always, always ensure that your core is set in the correct position to get the most out of the work and keep you safe from injury!!!
A) 4 x 20 sec HS hold against the wall (Think hollow!! Engaged from the top of your abdomen, tight quads, butts and guts. And point those toes!!)
B) 4 x 12 Alt. HS hold Leans (Kick into perfect HS hold, then lean into your right arm and hold ~2 sec, then repeat left for 6 each arm) We are replicating our HS walk gate.. keep your arms completely locked out the entire time, only shift your weight.
C)4 x 12 Barbell side to side
