This program is designed with a higher amount of accessory work for whole body growth in youth athletes. Our 1 Hour Weightlifting Program includes a 4 day/week weightlifting program that utilizes the main lifts as well as lift primers and daily accessories. All sessions are written with planned work to rest ratios. This option is uniquely engineered for athletes with the time constraints of a university student or of those with a busy work schedule. Our 4 day Masters Program on Train Heroic is written with lower volume and shorter training sessions than our 3/5 Day options with the same thoughtful program design. The design makes it a great fit for athletes who mightย be working on a time crunch but still want to compete and reach their goals in the sport! Exercise selection is geared towards gaining strength and confidence in the lifts, and accessory work is geared towards stability.
