C) Snatch Pull to explode + snatch pull: 100/2+1*3 set
D) Press From Split: 40-50/5*3 sets as a warm-up
E) Blocks: Clean + Jerk: 80/1+2*4 sets
F) FS: 65/8*3 sets
G) BS: 65/10*3 sets
