Kristel Ngarlem is a Tokyo 2020 Olympian, as well as a national and international medalist. In competition, Kristel represents Team Canada. Kristel experienced her international debut at the IWF Junior World Championships in 2010. In her tenure as a competitive weightlifter, she has competed in various weight classes, age divisions, and levels of competition.
