I have been working with Emily Carothers on making some changes with her MU’s. I understand most people think that sounds crazy due to the fact that she is already at the highest level with them but I still see some adjustments that need to be made.
The video she sent me is her trying a more aggressive transition out of her kip….it is shocking.
