B) Clean & Jerk from blocks at mid thigh: Build up to and hit 2-3 sets of 3 at 90% of best from last week
C) Clean Pull: 95/1, 100/1x2sets
D) Farmers Carry: 35/25# KB for 400M (get some sun)
