B) BN Jerk from blocks: 60/5, 70/5, 75/4, 80/3*4 sets
C) Jerk Dip, 5 sec pause in dip: 115-125/2*6 sets
D) Split Clean from Blocks (work on jerk footwork and fast elbows): 60/3, 65/3, 70/2*3 sets
