Strength Starting 2+2…
Death by Strict Dip + kipping Dip
Skill 5 min. Practice
– Static hold arch MU
(see instagram video)

10 min. EMOM
– 3 Hollow arch rocks on ground + 2-4 MU
(Hop up and reproduce tension from hold on MU)

Core 100 Arch up for times
*any break/touching ground = 15 abmat situps
