Maude Charron is a Tokyo 2020 Olympian, and a 2020 Olympic Gold Medalist. In addition, she is multiple time Pan- American and Commonwealth Games Champion. Maude represents Team Canada and Power and Grace Performance in competition. Maude came to Olympic Weightlifting with an athletic background in gymnastics, circus, and CrossFit. Maude was peer-elected for the role of Pan American Delegate for the IWF Athlete Commission, and uses her voice to advocate for clean and safe sport.
