The Power and Grace Movement Seminar is geared towards both coaches and athletes of all levels. We want the take-away of this day to include not only proper positioning for basic Crossfit movement in regards to skill work, but also how to teach the progressions for those who train even the most beginner Crossfitters, and why it is important to perform the skills this way. We will also cover how to identify broken positions and address the correct way to achieve maximum efficiency.
Coaching Staff:
Joe Williams is co-owner of CrossFit Republic and the head movement coach for Power and Grace Performance. Joe ran track and played rugby at the University of Arkansas before transitioning to the sport of CrossFit. He is now a Senior Instructor at Missouri State University teaching courses in human anatomy, physiology, genetics, and molecular biology. Joe brings a unique perspective of the functionality of the human body and how it applies to the movements encountered in CrossFit.
