Below you will find two videos from two different members in my gym. They have both been doing CrossFit for less than a year. While both of these athletes have athletic backgrounds, achieving their first kipping pull-up was not necessarily as hard as someone who does not, I wanted to give an example of the type of standards I hold all of my athletes to. These are not regional level competitors, but simply individuals who are looking to achieve a healthy lifestyle. From the day people walk in my doors I enforce tight positions, hollow bodies, and teach them to aim for flawless movement. I can assure you if you put in the time, and effort, it will come.
