A) 3 Position Snatch: 5 sets (Floor, Hang, Hip) @ 70%-75%, rest 2 min
B) Banded DL: 7 sets of 3 @ 40%, use band that allow for FAST DL. Rest exactly 45 sec between sets

Skill:
A) 5 Attempts ME HS Walk, rest as desired

Conditioning:
AMRAP in 12 min:
5 Mutant Makers (135/95)
10 C2B Pullups
200m sprint
