Hey guys so today begins a four week Bulgarian style meso-cycle. We will max for the next two weeks then do a 85% taper week and then test again. Following that you will taper for three or four days and prepare for a competition Max after that. Make sure you are taking care of your body, eating plenty of calories, and recovering well. Enjoy.
