This week is competition week guys! If you do not have a competition that you are registered for and are in the Dallas area you should come sling some weights with us at the Dallas Summer Classic. If you don’t have one planned and aren’t in Dallas, then plan on maxing in competition style Saturday.

Snatch Blocks: 75/2, 80-85/2*3
Hip Clean: 75/1*4
Strength:
A) FS: 85/2*2 sets, 90/2*2 sets
