A) Split Jerk: 70/6, 75/5, 80/4, 85/3, 90/2*6 sets
B) Blocks: Clean Pull + Clean + Jerk Dip: 3+3+1: Find Max in Complex then complete 3 sets @ 5kg less than max
C) From 3in platform: Clean Pull: 105/2*4 sets, 110/1*3 sets (no straps allowed on singles)
D) 30 Deadhang Chinups in as few sets as possible, complete 30 scapula pullups immediately after
E) Strict TTB: 3×12 reps
