C) Clean Pull + 5 sec return to floor: 100/3*2 sets, 105/1*2 sets (no straps)
D) 3xME Deadhang Pullups, in between sets complete 10 bent over reverse butterfly raises with light weight, rest as needed
E) Weighted V-Up: Pass Medball from hands to feet x 10 reps x 3 sets
