Conditioning: “The Jeff Reid” Many of you probably notice that Jeff Reid posts on the page with his results consistently. Lately he has been a ghost. I met him at the Games hotel yesterday. Turns out he has been traveling working with missionaries and the organization “Youth With A Mission.” He can’t do the work because all he has is a KB and a Wall Ball. SO in his honor he gets a WOD with just those tools in mind. Enjoy Jeff.
