Complete In The Following Order
A) BS: 50/10 75/8 85/6 90/4 100/2 105/1+ No cap BUT do not go above 105%, even if it is easy. We will got to true max in a couple weeks
B) Snatch + Drop Snatch (no dip allowed): 3+1 Find max in complex in a minimum of 4 sets, then complete 4 total sets @ max weight
C) Jerk Drives: 100-110/3*5 sets; bar must get to hairline height
D) Bent Over Row: 3×8
E) Weighted Situps: 3×10
