Complete In The Following Order
A) Power Jerk + Jerk Grip OHS: 4 sets of 4 @ 60% or higher
B) Snatch from low blocks (2in off the ground): Find 3RM then stop
C) Clean from low blocks (2in off the ground): Find 3RM then complete 6 sets of 1 every 45 sec @ 3RM weight
D) Clean Pull Blocks: 110/2, 115/2, 120/1*3 sets
E1) Bench Press: 3×6
E2) DB Push Press: 3×6
E3) 1 min plank hold x 3 sets
