Strength:
If you plan to enter the ECC Championship Online Qualifier then complete it first before any other work today. Also Do not compelte the snatch work for today as the 5RM Hang Snatch will take its place. Remember to submit that by 5pm EST.
A) 3 Rep Hang Snatch (@knee) every 60 sec: 70%x4 min, 75%x4 min, 80%x4 min
B) Clean and Jerk: Every 90 sec: 50/5*3 sets, 60/3×3 sets, 70/1x 1 set, 75/1*1 set, 80/1x 1 set, 85/1x 1 set, 90/1*3 sets, 70/1*6 sets every 45 sec
C) BS: Every 90 sec: 50/10, 60/8, 70/5, 80/4, 90/3, 95/1*3 sets, 80/10*1 set

If you are not submitting your score then in place of the 5RM Low Hang Snatch complete a 800m run.
