B) Blocks: Snatch Pull + Snatch + OHS (1+1+1=1 rep): 60/3, 65/3, 70/3, 75/3, 80/2*3 sets
C) Press From FS Position, Jerk Grip, 4×4 AHAP
D) Power Clean + Push Press + Jerk Grip OHS: 50/3+3+1, 55/3+3+1, 60/3+2+1, 65/3+2+1, 70/3+1+1
E) Front Squat: 60/6, 65/6, 70/5*4 sets
F) Professors: 2 sets each side, 30 sec hold + 10 side situps
