B) Snatch: 60/6, 65/5, 70/4, 75/3, 80/2, 85/1, 80/2, 88/1, 85/2, 90/1
C) Snatch High Pull to height device at sternum height: 90/3*3 sets
D) Clean No Hook No Feet: 50/6, 55/5, 60/4, 65/3, 70/2, 72-75/1
E) BS: 60/6, 70/5, 80/5, 83/5*2 sets, 80/Max Reps; to failure try to beat last week
F) Professors: 2 sets each side, 30 sec hold + 10 side situps
