D) Clean + FS + Jerk: 60/2+2+2*2 reps, 65/2+2+2*2 reps, 70/2+2+2, 75/1+2+2, 80/1+1+2*5 sets
E) Pause FS into thruster, 5 sets of 2 AHAP with 5 sec pause at the bottom
