C) Jerk Balance: 50/4*4 sets
D) Clean and Jerk: 50/3, 60/3, 70/2, 80/2, 85/1, 90/1, 85/1, 90/1, 93/1, 90/1, 93/1, 96/1
E) FS: 60/2, 70/2, 80/2, 87/2, 93/1, 98/1
F) Professors: 2 x 30 sec hold + 10 lateral situps each side
