C) Blocks: Snatch Pull + Snatch + OHS: 60/2, 70/2, 75/2, 80/2, 83-85/2*4 sets
D) Snatch Pull to knee + snatch pull (from floor): 90/3, 95/3, 100/2, 105/2, 110/2
E) Strict TTB: 3×10
