C) Blocks @ halfway up thigh: Snatch: 60/3, 65/3, 70/2, 75/2*3 sets
D) Clean no hook no feet: 40/6, 50/5, 60/4, 70/3, 75/2, 80/1
E) Clean Pull to knee: 100/3*4 sets
F) Strict Press:Beat last week for a max set of 5
