Lately, I have been working on athletes MU’s and why I prefer the open handed technique over the false grip. That is of course in regards to the sport of crossfit. Unless you have impeccable shoulder mobility and incredible body awareness, the open handed MU is the way to go…Below are two videos which covering the dynamics of the MU’s I suggest you work towards. With it being the “off-season”ย there is no better time than now but to drill and strengthen the hollow and arch positions.

Skill: 3×10 Hollow to arch swings. If you can maintain the proper position, add more velocity to each set.
