Complete In The Following Order: |
A) Snatch Balance: 60/2, 70/2, 75/2, 80/2, 85/2 |
B) Snatch: work through warmups as will be done on competition day up to last warmup before Opener |
C) Press in Clean: AHAP/4*4 sets |
D) Clean and Jerk: work through warmups as will be done on competition day up to second to last warmup before Opener |
E) FS: work up to clean max and complete 3 sets of 1* |
*if your clean max is more than 85% of best front squat then stop at 85% and complete 3 sets of 1 there |
