Conditioning:
3x400m sled march (150/100 total weight): backpack style drag, rest 4 min between sets
Skill:
A) 3 sets of ME DU in 60 sec, rest 30 sec
B) 30 sec HS Hold, use wall as needed, rest 30 sec x 6 sets
