Skill:
A) 5 min. kip warmup – hollow/arch positions etc.
B) 6 sets – 8 small circles + 4 butterfly pullups + 2 C2b
*focus on kip consistnency
Strength:
A) Press in split: 5 sets of 5 w/ 3 sec. hold in lock out of each reo
~40% of max jerk
B) Work to your best FS with 10 sec. pause in bottom
*then drop to 80% of todays best and perfrom 2 more paused reps
