E- 8 single arm DB bench press e/arm
O- 8 bent rows e/arm
C) Find 3rm OHS
*with 5 sec. descent on each rep
Skill:
A) 4 sets
E- 100m farmers carry w/ bands around handles
O- 10 inch worms + pushup .. never let butt sag
*never let quads touch the ground
Conditioning:
