-3 sets of 10 repetitions at 60%
Skill:
A) Accumulate 20 Hollow/arch kips with legs starting in the back of kip (static arch)
Conditioning:
5 rounds for time
-20/15 cal assault bike (sub row if need be)
-10 DB OHS e/arm (50/35)
-10 C2B pullups
