B) 3 Pos Snatch (hip, hang, low hang): 60/1, 65/1, 70/1, 75/1, 80/1, if no misses work to max without missing
C) Jerk from Toes (bar at hairline): 3 sets of 3 building, light and fast
D) 3 Pos Clean + 2 Jerks: 60/1, 65/1, 70/1, 75/1, 80/1, if no misses work to max without missing
E) Clean Pull from blocks below knee: 95/4x3sets
