A) Snatch Warmup
B) Max Snatch
C) Jerk Warmup
D) Max Clean & Jerk
If you’re not competing, do this competition style (3 attempts). Use a clock, take your warmups and attempts every 2-3 minutes. Use 10-15 minute clock between final Snatch attempt and start of C&J warmup. If after your 3 attempts, there is more in tank, go get it, but be mindful to not wear out Snatching prior to C&J.
