Strength:
A) 3 sets of 3: Muscle Snatch
*drop and reset each rep
B) In 5 sets find 3 pos. snatch max
-pocket
-above knee
-below knee
C) Find 2 rep max banded FS each with 5 sec. pause
*no belt or knee sleeves/wraps
*use medium bands
Skill:
A) 20 jerk grip OHS (no WL shoes)
*hold bottom for 3 sec. each rep
B) 15 min. – HS walk obstacle course
*have fun, make steps, turns etc.
