Work up to 1RM in 7-8 sets

50 strict HSPU, for time
* If your strict HSPU are not strong, perform 20 strict right into 30 kipping for 50 total

Conditioning
EMOM until failure
15 Bar-facing burpees

Score = total burpees completed

*choose a number that takes no more than 45sec round 1
