Being able to see athletes improve is one of the things I love most about my job. We met Ryan East at a camp last fall, and he’s stayed in contact, looking for tips to improve his muscle ups. One of the things we shared with him was that this was going to take time and effort. That correcting his bad habits, and slowing down, perhaps almost going backwards was part of the process. It was really exciting to receive a video from him this week, portraying a noticeable difference in his body position. He’s still working on using more hip drive, and holding his hollow longer, but he’s definitely on the right track. Keep up the great work Ryan!
