3 Rounds each movement:
– Bike: 30 seconds max effort (Gear 7), 90 sec easy spin
– Rower: 20 seconds max effort (Gear 7), 40 sec easy row
– Run: 100m max effort sprint (Gear 7), 300m walk
You will do all 3 rounds at each station before moving on to the next. No other rest between efforts other than the easy/walk time.
