A) FS: 60/2, 70/2, 80/2, 85/2, 88/2, 92/1, 95/1
B) Strict Press: 5×5 in 3 sets work up to a 5RM then drop 10% and complete 2 sets 5
C) Power Jerk + Split Jerk: 60/3+3, 70/2+2, 75/2+2, 80/1+2*4 sets
D) Clean Pull: 90/2, 95/2, 100/2*4 sets
E) BS x max reps: Based on Monday:
-if you got 10 reps or more add 5%
– if you got less than 10 reps, repeat same workout and get at least one more rep
