A little different style for this week. We’ve reached the end of the cycle, and this is the final week to qualify for the American Open! We know a lot of you are competing this weekend and the rest of you are maxing out on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Because you have different lifting days and schedules, I will post the entire final week of the taper so you can adjust your training days as needed. A) Snatch Push Press + OHS: Work up to 1+1 at 90-95%
B) Snatch: Work up to Opener
C) Clean and Jerk: Work up to Opener
D) FS: 60/2, 70/2, 75/2, 80/2, 85/2
Day 2 (3 days out):
A) Snatch Balance: Work up to double at 80-85%
B) Snatch: work up to last warmup
C) Clean and Jerk: work up to last warmup
D) FS: work up to 1 single at 85%
Day 3 (1 day out):
A) Power Snatch: work up to 1 single at 75%
B) Power Clean + Jerk: work up to 1 single at 80%
C) Front Squat: Work up to 1 single at 75%
Day 4 (competition day):
A) Max Snatch
B) Max Clean and Jerk
