C) Split Jerk: 60/6, 70/5, 80/4, 85/3, 90/2, 95/1, 80/1*9 sets (last set of 80% every 30 sec)
D) Snatch Pull to explode: 90/5, 95/4, 100/3, 105/2, 110/1
E) BS x max reps: Based on Monday:
-if you got 12 reps or more add 5%
– if you got less than 12 reps, repeat same workout and get at least one more rep
