A) Muscle Clean + Pause Jerk: 3 sets of 2+2 as warmup
B) Clean Pull to above knee + Clean from 2″ off floor + Jerk: 50/2, 60/2, 65/2, 70/2, 75/1x2sets
C) Clean Pull from 2″ deficit w/ pause at floor level: 95/2, 100/2x3sets
D) Jerk Dip w/ 4 sec pause: 105/2, 110/2x3sets
