All your Macros in one Meal!

Sweet Potato Quinoa Chili

Ingredients:

2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced

½ cup Quinoa

1 lbs. Turkey Burger, browned

1 large onion, diced

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons chili powder

4 teaspoon ground cumin

2 teaspoons paprika

1 cup water

1 ½ cups low-sodium chicken broth

2 15 ounce cans black beans, rinsed

1 14 ounce can diced tomatoes

½ cup chopped fresh cilantro

Lime wedge for garnish

Directions:

  1. Brown turkey burger together with onion and garlic.
  2. Add all ingredients to stove top pot or crockpot. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are soft.
  3. Top with lime wedge and cilantro
